Is there any way of installing cfw on a n3ds using notehax on firmware 11.5? because I am starting to think there isn't.

there are no free methods 11.4 or higher
the cheapest option you have is seedminer for about $2

Having a lot of problems with FreeShop. I get "No cache entries found" even though I scanned the QR code on the 3DS Title Key website. I clicked Refresh Cache, which just exists the app and doesn't start it again. If I reload it I'm greeted with the same screen: https://i.imgur.com/DScKT85.jpg.

update your freeshop you have one back from the stoneages

Hello ! Can I downgrade my Nintendo 2DS with :

-11.6 Firmware (I want to downgrade to 11.2 or 9.2 to install Luma3DS)

-I can boot Homebrew Launcher with Painthax,Freakyhax and Stickerhax

-SysUpdater for Downgrade or update (I not try downgrade because I'm not sure)

You cannot downgrade from 11.4 or higher without first installing CFW

there is no free method of installing CFW on 11.4 or higher

you can boot homebrew launcher using the methods you said, but you cannot install cia's or anything with FBI you are limited to only using 3dsx files like save game maanagers

your cheapest method is seedminer for 2 euro

Is SysUpdater return and error if is not possible to downgrade ?

YOU CAN NOT DOWNGRADE FROM 11.4 OR HIGHER WITHOUT CFW

-Seedminer ( I don't own all DSI Ware)
-Console transfer (I have 2 2DS but there doesn't have any CFW)
-Linker (I buy a linker later)

console transfer will require cfw,
seedminer would be the best method only costing 2 euro unless you already own a compatible flashcard
