I get this error everytime i try to install it, i've tried a lot of things and nothing works, any idea why? i'm on windows 10 pro 64bit if that tells you something

Have you tried add the app to the whitelist of your antivirus and firewall as suggested?
Well it's defenitely possible, I just have the time to find the time to make the required changes
Just a little heads up as I've been receiving a lot of errors report lately.
When unpacking you can encounter the following :
I guess this one is pretty explicit. Please make sure you have enough space left to unpack the game!
Do not attempt to forcefully close the unpacking window, the process will still continue in the background and should you try to restart it again this will happen!

You are using the old clickonce installer which is known to have weird bugs like this one.Hi, I used to use a lot wii u usb helper but from the last 10 days, the app keeps popping up the same error (image). It stucks in the part where it updates til 22mb. Hope it gets resolved soon
Please try with the newest installer which is available on this thread.
You'll have to configure the app but if you set the same download location as before you should not lose anything.

Err I'm not sure I get the point of this, why would anyone want an old version of the app with less features and more bugs?

Then, if you find bugs how do you expect me to fix them if you don't report them?
I mean for gods sake, there is a live chat support, a bug tracker, auto crash report and an finally a support email, shouldn't be hard to tell me.

Can I download Mass Effect 3 with this? Can't seem to find it at the WiiU Usb helper browser.
So downloading a Loadiine version is the only way to pirate this?
no, go out and buy the game, then you can install it with disc2app.
WiiU usb helper only uses nintendo CDN for downloading (ie. the eShop).... this game was never on there. See this list: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Wii_U_software
