Why are you holding M1 responsible for what Hykem did?

9- I haven't been tracking the progress from the beginning, so there should be more.

When i heard people were actually complaining about the exploit not coming about, i thought it was i joke. hykem said he finished the exploit, but he didnt finish and homebrew launcher. You would have to write your own code in order to even use the exploit. He is making a homebrew launcher to come out with it so it could actually be used by most people. (like me, i cant code for shit)

I fail to understand the purpose of this thread? You got tired of Hykem now you're targeting MN1? you realize without him you wouldn't have access to any of the current stuff that use kernel exploit (loadiine, cafeiin, TCP gecko, wup installer.....)

The funny thing is that the comments you quoted from him were about the mp4 exploit which has already been released long time ago....

Usually I'm on the side of the endusers. I've seen alot of devs do the dangling carrot thing, and it's bull shit. But you really need to get a grip. Your acting (dare I say?) entitled. It will either happen or it wont. Just be happy that someone is actually working on it after the hykem fiasco.

any other developers!

I can't believe people still want to send our devs to jail, for not making our dreams come true. Yes, I agree and understand that some of you might be mad at devs for not making their release dates, if they even set any. But does, in this case, Marionumber1, a great dev who has done amazing jobs for any of you, owe you a single thing? In 99% of the cases the answer is no.

If you're mad at him, why don't you make the exploits yourself?
Oh wait, maybe you can't because:

- You can't program
- You don't have time to program
- You prefer blaming others for not making your dreams come true
- You don't know what the word programming means
- Any other reason I couldn't think about in 2 minutes

Marionumber1 however, probably has all of this. He programs as a master. He makes the exploits in his spare time. He knows what the word programming means. And so on...

See my point? This isn't only meant for you, AssemblerX86, but to any of you who feel betrayed by any of our awesome team.

And if the exploit is released, please, thank the developers! They're doing everything for free! And if I were you, I would even donate and apologise for what you and others have been saying.

I hope I convinced you with this.

If this was me constantly being berated I'd be seriously considering not releasing anything. Simply let Marionumber1, Smea, and whoever else is working on something and if something comes from it then good and if not move on. These threads pop up constantly, I don't understand the GBATemp community anymore.
