If not then select no and follow the prompts. You will be contacting Nintendo via online chat. So just lie about your age to them. Also claim you bought it used and the person you purchased it from is not responding. This is actually real easy without any hack at all.

^That is a good option too.
Just say to them via chat that one of your little kids accidentally accessed the Parental Controls and input a random number, and now you can't access the console.
That should pretty much do it.

Should work without issues.

But that's for Wii/vWii, he's asking for a Parental Control bypass in Wii U.

When I ordered my Wii U from the US it arrived with a Parental Lock on it so I had to phone up and get it removed. They did it straight away and I didn't have to pay anything :S

Thats what i said if he runs inspectmii on vWii it will give him the Wii U parental pin for Wii U mode.

InspectMii gives you the PIN for the Wii U mode, not just vWii? O.o

Wii U mode and vWii share the same pin. There is no settings on the vWii you can only manage installed channels and save data so yea no way to set parental controls on vWii it can only be done from Wii U mode.
