Im trying to play call of duty BO2 and my stepmom put parental controls bc shes a bitch and she wanted to get back at me. so i need a website to hack it or delete it manually. Is there any sites besides this on how to remove parental controls

That's a really bad idea. If I put parental controls on mine and my child circumvented them like that, he'd have to sit out the rest of the console generation with NO GAMES. No video games for years, pretty big punishment. How about instead, you just behave properly and earn the controls taken back off.

I wouldn't make a conclusion like that until he tells his side of the story.

Well Mostly, I have my side. So this Girl who is a friend of mine has a bf and he was kinda jealous so i told him the story and he said he wanted to beat me up but i didnt know he was joking. next day it was the legalization on gay marriage. i put my opinions on it and i get in trouble for it. so mostly i get punished for choosing the bible and get punished for the joke

AFAIK there is no way to hack parental controls on WiiU, at least from recent system menu versions.
The 3DS is on same situation after some system menu version.

According to OP profile he's 16 years old, he lives with her stepmom.
But there's no need to bash OP since he's out of luck and there isn't a hack or code generator to unlock his wiiu.

Yeah you better call Nintendo's line and tell them that someone else put the Parental Controls by mistake/joke and you can't access the Wii U anymore, they will help you.
Once you have the Parental Controls unlocked, you better put a new password yourself to avoid your stepmom from doing the same thing again.

On a serious note, this is the Hacking and Homebrew subforum, so the ethics of "his side of the story" and "he should ride out his punishment" don't exist. Who cares why? He wanted to know if Parental Controls could be hacked. No, they can't. End.

Once IOSU Exploit comes out, it might be a little more feasible. But that's a long ways off and a big maybe, so your best bet is to do as Xenon Hacks and ShadowOne333 mentioned.

i think it's 50 cent if u do it for the 3ds by urself. i called nintendo (i live in norway), and got it sorted out in 3 mins. (on a 3ds)

Do you have access to the email account used to set up the nnid? If so it is real simple. Follow the instructions on the website here.

If not then select no and follow the prompts. You will be contacting Nintendo via online chat. So just lie about your age to them. Also claim you bought it used and the person you purchased it from is not responding. This is actually real easy without any hack at all.

You don't need to make a new account. Go to the page I linked you to. Select the wii u tab to the left of the screen. Then select I forgot my parental controls PIN. Follow the prompts from there. If you do not have access to the email used then select no. Follow the prompts scroll down it says to select your parental controls icon, press x to select I forgot my password. Then select I forgot my secret question. It will produce a number you need to enter on the site I linked you to by selecting the contact nintendo icon toward the bottom of that section.

I don't know if they actually charge you it may just be that if your console has a cc attached to it you will need to enter that to get the key.
It may be they charge you and if you need to gain access then you will have to pay.
