Nope, the secret feature is another thing. Also, n3ds support is at the beginning. We have emunand and mythread, but in a dirty way + there's a serious bug in init nand ctr and related things which affects the whole rxtools. There's still a lot of work to do

It would have been pointless to test it in N3DS anyways, since MSET has yet to be implemented in cakehax.Sorry, i haven't N3DS now, i test with my O3DS
Just tried using the msetdg.py and it doesnt download anything - I just about see an error before the CMD window closes.
Has Nintendo removed the MSET files from NUS as well as the old browsers? (3DNUS currently freezes due to the missing browser)

Yep! I just run into the same issue here... The error you cannot see is a HTTP 404. The file not longer exists in that url., you will see it if you run the file from the command line.
Anyone has the MSET 6.x USA stored and could upload it to somewhere, PLEASE?
