Thank you, that worked perfectly!ok then you should be able to use updatecdn to download 4.5 for your region, and then use edittmd to mass edit the whole directory to make all the versions FFFF.
i think nus3ds/3dsnus can do all of that in a gui though (but i'm assuming you are on windows so that is ok), try it out
then just install the cia files
Yea i used this to go from 4.2 SysNand from GW's downgrade to 4.5 SysNand.
it's possible to do yes, you can install on sysnand and have it fine. there is a bit of risk, just incase you make a mistake. but if you do everything right i think it is ok. i don't really recommend it because i don't want anything to go wrong, 'better safe than sorry'. but if you are desperate, go for it.
but, at the moment you can't even install cias/have anything hack thing on n3ds.
. I'll give it a go when the Gateway update is released!
