First two games are ports.
OOT3D is really more of a port rather than a remake, same as Cave Story and Starfox 3D. Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D was a port. Resident Evil revelations isn't 3DS exclusive anymore same as Monster hunter 3U. Ace attorney games aren't exclusive anymore too. Not to mention you are missing out on many Vita exclusives like Tales of Hearts R and Freedom Wars.

Persona 4, BlazBlue: Continuum Shift EXTEND, Disgaea 3 & 4, Sine Mora, Danganronpa 1 and 2 are all ports.
Danganronpa was never localized prior to the vita release so its exclusive in English. You could count the fan translation I suppose, but that still doesn't count for danganronpa 2. The other games have some very notable content added as well, though some of the 3ds ports do too.
Lol I was being more generous to the Vita when listing those games as it had far more ports than the 3DS. It was just a quick list drawn up, sorry for the errors but as you can see, the errors weren't in bias of one console over the other. I forgot that P4G (vita's best game according to meteoritic) is a port apart from the odd exclusive content.
Also a few of the games you listed go below the meteoritic minimum score of 80 for the Vita (freedom wars etc.). Its pretty obvious the difference between the two consoles, whatever way people want to spin it and THATS why the console is failing.
I own a Vita and I love the quality of the hardware, the screen, the OS even... but the lack of stuff to play compared to the 3DS is sad and pure laziness on Sony's part. I don't think I'll buy another portable console from Sony as this generation has shown they're willing to throw it away with no questions asked if things start looking a tiny bit difficult whilst Nintendo are very very dedicated to their portable consoles.
The "Error" was that you posted objectively FALSE information as as though it were true.

Why should anyone care about anything you post from now on when you don't even care to do basic research required to support your arguements. It seems like you spent a couple minutes on metacritic then said "fuck it, this is too hard, it's good enough".
i already apologised for the incorrect information but its not like my points are incorrect (i.e. the vita has way less exclusive content than the 3DS if you ignore indie/pc/old ports). but you are right, i did get bored hahah as the point is pretty obvious! 
when sony themselves say they're not making first party titles for the console, its a sad day and that day came.
I own a vita, i buy games for the vita but i can still objectively analyse both systems. going off my opinion on what games good as opposed to metecritic which is far more objective (give or take a few pay offs) is much better IMO

proper list since I have more free time I’ll be ultra strict and even exclude games only available on the PS4 and PS3 like velocity 2x and pixel junk shooter. I also gave it the FFX Remaster despite not giving the remaster for OOT to 3DS. i think if you exclude P4G and FFX, the list speaks volumes.

You Still got Ace attorney on the list even though its not exclusive anymore. And it's SM 3D Land not World.

The Memory card prices are also a joke. the PSTV is a joke. So many games don't run on that thing at all. I enjoy both systems and not only does your writing in black annoy me (since I'm using the dark theme and the rules ask people not to use black or dark colours in the text), but your post, is very irrelevant. Does it honestly matter how high games score?
In my days people didn't give a crap about the score of a game as long as they enjoy them.
I own 32 games for my 3DS (had one since release day, but then it broke so I bought another one) and I currently have around 12 games for my Vita (excluding the Plus games), most of my games don't have very high scores, granted, most of them are RPG's, a genre that in most cases is criticized for the wrong reasons in the west.
The Vita does have a lot of quality games, so does the 3DS and both of them also have really crappy games. Take Freedom Wars for example, the game doesn't have a score over 80 like you say, but it's the reason that thousands of people bought a Vita, it's a system seller. Something that is quite uncommon for a first party game by Sony.
Just this past month I bought quite a few games for both systems, Freedom Wars, Persona 4 Golden, SMT IV, Tales of Hearts R, Fantasy Life, all of them good games that I am enjoying.
From the day I got my Vita, I can't say I've ever felt scarce of games, I did feel depressed that I couldn't afford all of the games I want though (I'll most likely buy a few more games for the Vita this month). =3
Sorry if my posts come across as hating on the Vita because its not intentional. I love my Vita as a console but I'm not going to pretend to myself that Sony didn't shaft it in favour of focusing on the PS4.

Sony had SOOOO much potential with the Vita. They got so much right from the hardware perspective to the premium feel of the console. The myriad of different controls at your disposal from the camera to the track pad at the back, that beautiful OLED touch screen etc. If they had put even 50% of the effort in terms of investment they did with the PSP (give us an exclusive MGS and GOW title rather than shoddy remakes) and gain a bit more third party support to have a Kingdom Hearts game on it and the system would sell far more IMO. People do generally prefer more adulty titles this generation over nintendo's more cartoony stuff, feel sony missed a trick on not pushing the vita hard enough. A lot of casual gamers I know don't even know about a vita.

Both Kojipro and Square are probably too busy with MGS5, Silent Hills and FF15 to make any quality game for the Vita. Square even had to ask the fans if they would even care if they released a exclusive Vita game as if the rant about FF Type0 HD didn't exist.
What's to say they won't release enhanced version later, like they did with previous Persona titles.
i don't think vita is capable of matching a ps3/ps4 port and enhancing it.
p4g was such a good game to port because it was a game which pushed the ps2. therefore Vita could have a lot of fun and improve it.
P5 on vita will be a watered down crap version. not worth the time. an exclusive persona title on the other hand... (which won't happen, 3ds got it)

they were able to make p3p the definitive version of p3 on the psp even with less power, so you never know what they could pull off. That being said I think there needs to be a version of p3 with the benefits of both p3p and fes

Need more strategy RPG.
While action game is strong point of Sony, those game not exactly fit for a handheld, even if that handheld was design for it.
Most of famous 3DS game isn't action base game, and most of 3DS action game was make really simple (slash, run, repeat), that why it easy to just pick up and play.
I know the Vita was point to hardcore gamer, but those gamer would prefer to play their game on 1080p large screen TV with a handle design for extreme gameplay, not on a tiny screen that attach to the handle, which may brick if you play too intense or throw it in anger.
