Gaming Games that can "Save" Vita!!

Hi guys , this is gonna be my completely honest and personal opinion based post , so before raging or starting a flame fight , you should know that , its just my opinion
Lets start!

Vita for me is a Fail ... Actually Vita is currently the most powerful portable handheld console , thats true!
Its beautiful , its strong , it has awesome features , it has nice resolution and display , it has dual analogue sticks.
The reason why I think vita is a Fail is that it totally failed (atleast 90%) to make a Fan Favourite Game Library.
Yes! Thats right , vita sold less than 10% of 3DS despite of being stronger , sony's console and having more features ... Just because of its poor Game Library.
These are a few games, I think if these games can make to a Vita port , Vita still can rock like PSP did.

1.Resident evil Franchise (The whole Resident evil franchise is missing from vita , thats a great loss)
2.Tekken Franchise (Whole Tekken franchise is missing , another great loss)
3.Assassin's Creed 4 Vita port (They sure can Optimize this game for Vita , why not? fans would love)
4.NBA Games (Wouldn't that be Awesome to play NBA 2k14 or upcoming NBA game on Vita?)
5.MGS 5 Vita Port (Why Vita is here if its not even into the Major stuff??????)
6.Stop Making Spin off Crap Games! (The biggest reason for Vita Fall is that , its getting crazy creepy spin-offs , Call of Duty Declassified , Resistance Burning Skies , OMG stop this!!)
7.Why God of War PS2 Ports , why not PS3 Ports? (I would love to see GoW 3 and Asensions running on Vita instead of GoW 2 and 1 running at 18-30 fps , even lower than PS2's fps)
8.Tomb Raider (Why no Tomb Raider Optimized for Vita, why?)
9.Battlefield 4 (Common , fans would simply love this port)
10.Shadow of the Colossus (Even if a ps2 version of this game comes on Vita , I would pick vita without even looking at other games .... but no!! There's no great port.)

So , this was my opinion , what games do you think can save Vita?

Another thing I would like to mention ,
We Don't Want REMOTE PLAY ,
Should we Get Vita to Play PS3 games on a Smaller Screen with low resolution ? Right? Thats why we should buy Vita?

I own about 10 physical vita games back when they actually made quality titles but now it has dried up i only get a few sale games these days.
I have been meaning to get borderlands 2 and will get freedom wars but after that i have very little hope for anything non indie or jrpg.

I want Major stuff , thats what fans want .
Unlike PSP , Vita's original games are crap.
Look :
Call of Duty Declassified = Epic Fail
Resistance Burning Skies = Epic Fail
Assassin's Creed Liberation = Okay ... But We would love if we could play AC3 or AC4

And get my point , a lot of cool Big franchises are completely missing , thats a great loss.
No Resident Evil , No Tekken , No Naruto games.
If they could optimize games like Tekken 6 and Dante's Inferno and Smackdown vs Raw for PSP . Why they can't optimize games like GTA 4,5 and Watch Dogs for vita?
Yes , they can but they wouldn't , simply because they are not interested.

The vita was marketed wrong.

It was marketed as a AAA-Mobile-Console-Experience.

Apart a few exclusives Sony didnt delivered this experience.

Early adopters felt betrayed.

Its a decent handheld console with handheld games now.


I like my Vita the way it is.

A little bit satisfied? When I got my Vita almost 2 years ago for Persona 4 The Golden I was highly satisfied, that game alone was worth the investment. Games like Tearaway, Final Fantasy X & X-2 HD, Uncharted: Golden Abyss, Rayman Origins, Danganronpa 1 and 2, Dead Or Alive 5+, Gravity Rush and Disgaea 3 and 4 have been icing on the cake.

Upcoming games like Persona 4: Dancing All Night, Project Diva F 2nd, Freedom Wars and Tales of Hearts R also seems to be awesome.

Though the Vita can be more, it's still a great system delivering some really great experiences, even though Persona 4 The Golden is the best one. It's just about the digging and trying out some new and obscure games.

I would have said Stick of Truth would be nice on Vita. But pretty much any laptop can run the game.

Some bigger western games wouldn't harm but the entire western handheld market is dead at this point.

I'm fine with what is getting, no problem with smaller games as long as they're good. And Vita has plenty of great ones.

Would you say PSP has a poor game library? I wouldn't. It had more processing power than the DS, it had support from many major developers, and many things from your list (two Tekken games, Soul Calibur, God of War, Gran Turismo, Metal Gear, Tomb Raider, etc). Yet, it was destroyed by DS sales. Why is that? It had all the fan favorite franchises after all. It even got several GTA titles. Clearly, this wasn't enough, just like what you wish for wouldn't be enough for the Vita.

Making simple handheld ports of bigger games is pointless, especially when you have Remote Play working as well as it does with the PS4. All Vita needs are major, major games made specifically for it. The only problem is, no one wants to make them. Even Sony themselves said they're done with major games for their handheld, which pretty much means it won't become anything else than a platform for cross-platform indies.

Nothing can save Vita in the West (The west isn't as fond of handhelds unlike parts of Asia and in Japan) but Kancolle Kai and Touhou most certainly will save the Vita in Japan.

I guess your knowledge is way too less. Ever tried to search something?
PSP sold 80 millions worldwide , which is more than 50% of Nintendo DS.
And after 2 years of PSP's release , it was still more than 50% of DS's sales.
Vita is even less than 10% of 3DS.
And you think I am the only one thinking this way? I highly recommend you to open Google (if you know what it is) and type "PS Vita Failure" , you will know how much this thing is going on.
If you are satisified , that doesn't mean , every fanboy is satisified.
