MKGP 1 and 2 at times when you focus on the background, you can see very little jidder. lol I guess I shouldn't be that picky but I notice the small things and they stand out to me. But other than that, the game plays pretty good.

But this is the same result we been getting from before in GP2, major lag in the menus and small lag in the gameplay that you might not notice unless you look at the track behind and not the driver, are people having worse lag than that?

Currently I'm using a Class 6 SanDisk 32GB and I got this very same result that I got with my Class 2 SanDisk 4 GB, both Fat32 64K Cluster!

So it seems that crediar's paypal has been limited. Good job tueidj, you got what you want.
Edit: His site appears to be down as well. Which means you can't download Quadforce anymore.

I wish people would stop pinning things on tueidj. Even if there is a plausibility of it being him (which there is) if his morals are as he shows him to be, than I don't think tueidj is the one responsible for this. Because regardless of weather or not it had a tiny bit of gpl code in it, I don't see it within his moral to cheat several people out of 500€ over a tiny bit of gpl code. If he did, my initial assumptions about him would have been correct- which they weren't. The Devolution VS Dios Mios thing died down a while ago, and both tueidj and crediar were never enemies anyway.

I'm more concerned with the current state of QuadForce development, and weather or not this paypal crap means quadforce is hanging in the balance. I sincerely hope not.

Well, crediar can't use his paypal anymore (or was it his friend's paypal?), that's for sure. PayPal is a bitch when it comes to reports. They have a first-lock-then-investigate policy. Even if crediar didn't violate paypal's ToS (which he didn't, because he received donations for a service, not payments for a product), he most likely won't be able to use this paypal account ever again.

For Quadforce it means that development will either stop or continue without donations (or continue with alternative payment gateways).

This is definitely bad news, we were finally getting updates to QF, at least Crediar got the donations he asked for before this is happening but I was hoping more donations would come because he deserved it!

I dunno wither tuidge is responsible or not but whoever did report Crediar is being a child, grow up people, Crediar didn't break any rules here, said companies haven't lost any money.

I don't think that the person who posted about the GPL stuff was T. T and I do not get along either, but I don't think T would do anything like hop on an alt just to post that sort of stuff.
It's not about getting along with each other. His past numerous reports of GPL infringing projects, his techical knowledge and his issues with crediar all lead to one person, really. But what happened, happened. At least it's another example why people should avoid using paypal.

wow i see why all the good devs leave this place with constant do this or that or ill turn you in crap its really surprising that there are any devs left to work on homebrew i guess the fake coders like myself will have to take over lol
If you can code, you are not a fake coder ;)

Eh, I wanted to link you to a post where someone threatend to report crediar's paypal but apparently it has been deleted. Basically the person reported crediar's paypal for fraud because crediar refused to release the source of Quadforce. That person believed that crediar used GPL code in Quadfroce but failed to deliver definitive proof, so he had no choice as to use cheap tactics by lying to PayPal.

Anyway, if crediar had any funds left in his paypal, he won't have access to them until after 6 months.

Wow, people freaking suck. I hope this doesn't stop the release of the USB loading quadforce.

It is sad indeed things turned this way. However when I saw that person threatening to report Crediar's PayPal account I knew it would come to this. This kind of stuff has happened before and sadly most projects had been postponed/abandoned. Some people think the person reporting the account is a dumb@ss while others think he did the correct thing.

No one here thinks whoever reported the Paypal account did "the right thing" that POV is such a boatload of BS I almost just vomited in my mouth. Those people need to mind their own business, it's a simple matter of not getting what they want and/or taking pleasure in seeing other people suffer. Simple as that.

You know, when Wood had GPL issues, I brought it up here and said that GBATemp needs to stop linking to and distributing Wood, since sources are no longer available, and derivatives of GPL are also GPL.

So go on, call me somebody who takes pleasure in seeing other people suffer. Do it.

I knew you were going to call me out on that, I read up on it when u mentioned it previously :P

YOU DID IT TO MAKE 'EM SUFFER, ADMIT IT!! LoL!..

Anyway, fine if you're an outstanding ethically moral individual so be it, I can understand it, I'm not so selfish and close minded as to not see your reasoning behind it, whether I agree with it is another thing. However, I just don't feel that this time it was the same case.

I don't either. I called out Wood since the author was using the GPL to get GBATemp to remove versions of Wood that were ported to other carts and released without source, but then started refusing to release the source himself... I felt that was not right, so (after some communication and confirming he would not give out the source), I called him on it.

In this case, the GPL code appears to be a very tiny loader at the start, and the GPL's not being used to bully.

The thing here is that someone demanded the source to be released because even if it is a tiny part of the code using GPL the rules are clear = the source must be released as well. The thing here was that most people donated $$$ and they feel this situation will halt the Quadforce development and their money will be in vain but then again if we see things from the start no one is forced to donate in first place. This is divide in two different POV by legal/moral standards what happened is justified but on the other hand by common behavior if people were donating willingly and Quadforce is a nice project and everyone was enjoying it I think it was kind of harsh to go that far as to report the Paypal account because by doing this I see no gain (the only benefit is someone doing it to piss the other part, other than I don't see any other reason)

Yeah, I don't think the goal of that person was to get the source. The goal was to stop crediar from making cash with it. The person certainly won't get the source now.

Guys i asked crediar about his Paypal account. He said it was suspended because apparently, DIOS MIOS is against Paypal's laws, he also said that he had no money in the account so nothing was lost. Development on DIOS MIOS and Quadforce will continue as usual
