Exactly what it says in the topic there.

Will there EVER be an Action Replay for the 3DS?

I suck at pokemon games and once the new Mystery Dungeon game comes out... I'm screwed.

How are you supposed to beat Pokemon games legitimately? Seriously? That's like... impossible for me.

I got lucky with Dream Drop Distance. Seriously I did. I still have no idea whatsoever how I beat that without codes. Luck. Yeah that's it. It had to have been that.

I've already updated my 3DS's firmware too. So I'm screwed there too.

*sighs*

Is there any glimmer of hope for me? I'd say... no.

Just play the levels OVER and OVER again.
Eventually you'll get there.
Otherwise, Youtube.
Otherwise ask the Internet.
Otherwise wikipedias dedicated on pokemon.

Infinite ways.

If you seriously need to cheat in games to win then you'd better lay down your 3DS and get a football.

Ok to beat pokemonz, throw your balls at things
then throw your things at the other things
then find the last four noobs and throw your things at all their things

or go here and find all the best moves and pokes and save a ton of time and guesswork

When the exploit comes out, give it a few months and one will be released.... But your jk about pokemon games being hard right? If not heres the secret: Level your starter pokemon as you level ONLY, screw the rest, as you move on your 1 pokemon will 1 hit ko all others....

That's poor advice. I used to do that when I was about 6.

No matter how good your Pokemon is, if it faints (and it will, that's inevitable) and you've only got some piss ass level 10-20's left you're gonna have a bad time.

What I do (and recommend) is always have your default Pokemon as the weakest, once it levels up and isn't the weakest anymore, I swap it out for the next weakest.

With my copy of HeartGold, I've only clocked about 60 hours and all of my Pokemon are in their level 80's by using this method. No hacks.

If you just wanna beat the game, then leveling one pokemon works fine and you beat the game is 24ish hrs.

But it's still problematic. Say for example you have a Fire-type starter, and you come across a Water-type gym. That Pokemon's not going to help much, even if it does have a high level, water beats fire. Then you'll be left with a party of Pokemon who'll be practially useless. You can't win every match by relying on a single Pokemon.

I legitimately did not lose a single battle all the way from start to finish.

It will work you will be over leveled for them to one hit k.o. you, you might need a couple of super potions and pp ups, unless the opposite is in the first 2 gyms in which you can catch a few pokemon just to kill them.

Just so you know i have done this in every game since blue lol.... It is not much of a fun way to play, through the whole game you pretty much press one button lol. But it does work, yet for any of the stuff after the elite four (battle tower ect.) It doesn't you need more pokemon.

ONE of the BASIC RULES of Pokemon Games... is DON'T FOCUS on ONE TYPE ONLY and BUILD a TEAM which can Defeat any TYPE... got it?

Why are you jerks not giving this guy a straight answer?

You have to "grind." You have to fight against lower level things, revisit earlier areas, and level up your mans way more than you are comfortable with. It is tedious to some but the abnegation, turning your brain off and watching numbers get bigger, appeals to a lot of people. RPGs and dungeon crawlers almost all relying on grinding to some degree, and pokemon games are no exception.
