Cover Flow code dump'd on me when it was on the loading screen, USB Loader 1.1 and GX both code dumped my ass when installing games. Either I'm a dumbass or something is very wrong here...

They are a little bit unstable. I had Code Dumps too with these...
Use Configurable USB Loader. It´s a stable loader. Read the "config-readme.txt". You can adjust, that the loader starts in GUI Mode (Video at Topic) so you have a stable and nice looking loader.

Configurable Loader is by far the most stable one in my experience. Worked exactly as advertised whenever I used it. The only thing that has ever given me issues is the BlueMatrix-themed Forwarded Channel for it.

I get the most code dumps with GX, but the UI is too pretty to pass up. I might run out of patience any time, though.

Give Configurable Loader a run.

Why not transfer the games from your PC? The only reason I can think of not to do this is if you are, as my friend back in the XBOX days said, "renting to buy".
I'm installing them from legitimate disks. Unless I can rip them from the disks to my PC to the HDD, then thats a no-go because I'm not downloading 50GB of Wii games.
