So does anyone know everything about this? It's going to have to be something special with the quality of releases recently.

It's actually not that bad I played the USA one for about half an hour and haven't deleted it yet.
You have an overworld map you can walk around and talk to NPCs etc. the world is quite well modelled and graphics decent.
You can see enemies on the map which you can either walk into to start battle or avoid altogether.
If you go into battle you command your squad one by one, depending on what you choose you have to perform quick stylus slashes following a certain direction. Pull it off quickly (is very easy) and your guy will attack the enemy with a few sword slashes matching the stylus input (turn based). Has all the usual equips and side quests from RPG Lore.

May not be for everyone but it's certainly better than the usual licensed junk, same goes for the X360 version.
