The choice was between a vulgar self centered man, or a woman who rejects reality in a truly bizarre dystopian fashion. Is it really that hard to figure out why vulgar person won?

Edit: Since people think its funny. Ill give you an example. Kamala was proudly telling us that no soldiers are deployed in warzones anymore, this is completely false. People who are always online and/or always watching cable news need to wake the hell up. We need better than this from both parties.

Over 90% of abortions are elective. Meaning they are not medically necessary, which is why I mentioned c-sections. There is zero reason to abort a healthy baby in the third trimester, but the left lose their minds when they think they can't do it anymore. The left also don't care about the 320,000 missing kids from the border, so not caring about children and babies is completely on brand.

Thinking that abortions and c-sections are medically the same thing is the dumbest thing I've EVER read and shows the complete and blatant ignorance of the female anatomy.

Whether you are pro-life or pro-choice by belief is one thing, but to blatantly say that they are not medically necessary, while miscarriage happen frequently with side-effects that be potentially severe, that's another thing. THAT'S why they are considered as a health care practice.
