Trump has promised cabinet level positions to political allies with Musk set to head the department of government efficiency and RFK JR to lead efforts relating to healthcare. RFK JR has discussed banning vaccinations and pesticides.

The house and Senate are also likely to fall into Republican hands, giving their party control over all 3 branches of government - executive, legislative and judicial.

Trump could penalize with sanction but due to de-dollarization of US dollar, it make sanction useless and not helpful.

That depends on states and your state - Colorado took qualified immunity away and if criminals aren't getting charged at federal level, so they will face in state court.

The senate lacked 60 votes that is needed to end the filibuster and the reconciliation has limitation, so republicans are going to find anything is seen as easy and quick fix, rather than complicated fix, so easy and quick fix would be hire more ICE/CBP agents and put more judges in immigration court for example.

There are conservative judges disagree with some of republican presidents. I'm saying about immigration court (lower court) approve the deportation to specific country that is based on where illegal is born, so if illegal born in Venezuela, so they have to deport to Venezuela.
