The game deleted my data because of this glitch. Oh well at least I uploaded a 100% Save File. If you want it here it is... https://gbatemp.net/download/paper-mario-the-thousand-year-door-remaster-100-save.38664/ I wanted to play from the beginning for a fresh start and it never happened to me on my first playthrough.
I never got it resolved either, the game didn’t delete my file lol
