UPDATE 3: I have not tested it myself but it appears the game has now been leaked for real.

UPDATE 2: At the time of writing the 1.01 update is available to download on certain websites but the base game is still unavailable.

UPDATE: At the time of writing the leak is most likely fake news. If it does get leaked, and it might, there will be an article on the front page about it.

Apparently it has but it's not available on the NSP sites I normally use and one reddit post I found claims it's fake news.

It is fake news. The leaker provided an invalid TID when asked for it (apparently they do not know what a valid TID looks like). However, there is someone who confirmed has the cartridge and is planning on leaking, but it'll be between 12 and 48 hours before they do so. They want to be sure that they are safe from Nintendo's wrath before leaking. Give 60 hours for all sites to have it at the current rate.

I do think leakers are mindful and more conscious of aggressive Big Nintendo nowadays like happened with Zelda: TOTK and they just wait few days before official release.

I don't want to see Big Nintendo go after Switch emulators like they did with Yuzu, also leaking cause Nintendo to attack on ROM communities with massive DMCA notice and their arms of lawyers.
what do you mean? I had TOTK around a month prior to release. I have timestamped photos to prove it.

I'm saying if someone have a full copy of game and if they intent to leak, so they wait until few days before official release day to not alarm Nintendo, otherwise Nintendo went after emulator (Yuzu), homebrew community and ROM community after TOTK went leak last year, 11 days before release. The leak of TOTK changed the way for leakers to handle with leak for future games. I'm responded and agreeing with @Maq47 above (#2).

It has zero with you.

Also, @linuxares cast the doubt about whether is leak for Echoes of Wisdom.

Nintendo went after Yuzu because Yuzu developers were literally illegally sharing roms. The leak of TOTK didn't change anything.

Yuzu got promoted a lot after TOTK leaked.

Lockpick got DMCAed (some thought it was fake DMCA) and later, Nintendo sued Yuzu developers.

That's not my word - it was numbers of members here believed those are connected.

I have no opinion if leakers decide to leak new game early and I'm concerned about homebrew, ROM and emulator community, so don't want to see Nintendo mess with those.

Yuzu emulator creators (and Citra) were profiting to the tune of millions of dollars using patreons.

If I remember correctly, they updated Yuzu to support Pokemon: Let's Go before the games were officially released, indicating they had downloaded the leaked copies to test the emulator. They had the foresight to wait until after Tears of the Kingdom was officially released before updating Yuzu to support it but fans built and shared unofficial branches which supported it. It was a weak argument but Nintendo used the Tears of the Kingdom leak in their legal filings.

If you have a reliable source to get your games then thats your best answer if anything got leaked or not. Thank god Ryu is still going strong after all this Nintendo dictatorship.

Yes, that's correct.

They shut down operations tho.
Yes, that too.

Yes, I'm trying to say about TOTK led to unprecedented move by Nintendo is sue the emulator developer outright that console maker haven't done in more than two decades since Sony sued Bleem! in 1999, and it took hefty legal cost to bankrupt Bleem! two years later, just few months after Sega discontinued Dreamcast.

Some members argued that console maker has no ground to sue the emulator developer but I didn't think that is establish the precedent. Yuzu developer decided to settle the lawsuit and killed the Yuzu entirely, rather than fighting in court that can be unpredictable, depends on judge if bench trial or jurors if jury trial.
