Getting an error when opening a lot of games

This is on my nephews 3DS. I checked it out and this is the error he is getting. I used Mario Kart 7 as an example but it's the same with a lot of the games. Not all of them do this though and play fine. What can the problem be and can you help me fix it?

How would I do that? I haven't messed with any of this stuff in years.

Yeah, that's the page I was on. Seems like it can be many things. I took out the SD card to see if it was dirty or anything. I wonder if there is one or 2 things that it can most likely be so I can focus of those. I don't have the time or patience to go through every one of these.

at the bottom error 0xD900458?, it says you got a corrupted game.

Many games are like this though. How did so many get corrupted? The smaller games seem to work fine. It's the bigger file games that are causing the error.

i dont know, maybe sd going bad, maybe 3ds creates file that corrupt your games. Someone more knowledgeable would need to answer that question. meanwhile you can try the seeds thing from here https://wiki.hacks.guide/wiki/3DS:Fixing_corrupted_games or test your sd.

So I tried the import seed on all the games he said didn't work and only Luigi's Mansion said success. The rest all said failed. I went ahead and booted up Luigi's Mansion and got this new error screen

I also remember getting this same error when I booted up Superstar Saga on my 3DS. I have read that you can backup the game save with checkpoint and then delete and reinstall the game. Wouldn't I have to redownload and install the game to the SD card though? Like put the sd reader into my computer and then put the game in the correct file on the SD card and then put the SD card back into the 3ds? Pretty much like installing a brand new game? And after all that, it still might not work? It might be better for him just to buy a new 3DS that's already modded.
