I would have no clue however, when I still had Homebrew installed, I rebooted my handheld and it always worked. It could be a faulty SD card or removing and reinserting the SD card a lot.

If it happens every once in a while, it's pretty normal. I have my crashes here and there running luma. Sometimes the software in use is just a bit unstable, or you do something it can't handle, like forcing N3DS clocks + cache on certain games.

More information about what you were doing before it happened would be helpful.
I downloaded a lot of 3ds games from the store and then was playing Pokemon ruby saved and then the next day saw that :(

Mmmm yeah it happen once I downloaded all the games I wanted I thought it be good I left like 2 gbs left on the sd card

When turning the 3DS on?
It seems like some kind of read error, if it only happened once then maybe a dodgy microSD.
