bypass update for using series X exploit

Hey guys, i've recently bought an xbox series X for the last exploit that came out but the issue is that the guy who got it before me did a factory reset and now the console is forcing me to update and connect to the internet on the setup so i'm stuck

Any idea on maybe how to bypass that ?

factory reset killed it exploit wise just return it and get a series S and (pray) it isn't already updated and KEEP IT OFFLINE like FORever from the first time it powers on don't hook it up to the internet honestly i wished forced fw updates were illegal but those that have the $$$ makes the/and can saddly 95% of the time break the law with little reprocussion

i can't just do that cause the xbox one from series S to X need to be connected to internet for the first setup, and after that it either ask for an update or not

(btw iirc the EU HAS a law that bans forcing firmware updates by companies (I think nintendo got a heltyfine for doing an update "brick" on the WiiU (it just shut off unusable if you declined the update)

You'll have to ask around if anyone has a console with the OS version 4478 AND the apps installed and ran. Only way at this point until further development of the exploit can be imitated on reset consoles.

There are methods I've read which involve USB drives, however, I can't confirm whether this will work nor what updates they ship with:

There is a hardware exploit in the workings, but the system OS kernel exploit is software based and that ship sailed.

EDIT : hardware exploit is being implemented in X1

You could set your bar for hope above expectations, throw that Series X in the closet, and wait for something to possibly get that Series X hacked. I'm not poking fun at you, very serious about letting consoles sit unplugged. I have a PS5 disc version, sitting unplugged on fw 2.31 (holding breath for that hypervisor hack).

Correct firmware or not, Game Script UWP is no longer available. Even if it was, m$ is pushing new update(s) to connect to store to download anything. You'll have to store your Sieries X and hope something is in the works for other users.
