probably the hdd in the system. the ps3 can't make use of ssd without a trim feature, not sure if the ps4 even can.

I'd start by disabling all plugins that aren't absolutely essential and seeing if that works.
On the ur0:/tai/config.txt
Try putting a # in front of every plugin except the required plugins. The required are:
ur0:tai/yamt.suprx
ur0:tai/yamt_helper.skprx
ur0:tai/henkaku.suprx (there are multiple of this)
If the PSTV works fine, If start removing the # in front of the plugins a few at a time and restarting until the issue arises.
If you disable then all with the # and it still doesn't work, you probably need to format the PSTV. Sorry.
Remove the microsd card or usb and try a system restore. It will format the system.I did this and I still have the same issue.
I agree... unfortunately.Remove the microsd card or usb and try a system restore. It will format the system.

I just hope that your issue is resolved with a system wipe and that's it's not a hardware issue.
Do you have a Sony power adapter? Or from another company? It must be 5v 1.3A or higher if it's non Sony.
The PSTV, what power adapter? For charging the controller?
The PSTV, what power adapter?
Well it's a common 5v barrel jack size.I think it's the original. If I didn't have it how could I turn it on?
How did you do it?I restored the system but not only the problem continues but also h-encore, VitaDeploy, VitaShell and the remaining apps still show up on LiveArea and when I click them I have an error. What should I do now?
How did you do it?
Did you go to Settings > Format > Restore this system?
Or did you do it from recovery?
Try from safe mode (recovery).I went to Settings, Format and Restore this system. Why am I asked to disable my PSN account? I tried to but I had an error.
Try from safe mode (recovery).
Choose Restore This System.
Then update.
You did a system restore from recovery and you updated too already? It continues, even without the USB drive so it looks like it isn't related to it.
You updated too already?
If you still have Henkaku, turn off Enable Version Spoofing, then try?It said I already had the latest version installed, which is weird. What's the difference between formatting it on Settings and on the Recovery Menu?
