PS vita apps disappeared after database rebuild

Hi everyone

I need help. Vita shell on my vita 2000 was giving me errors. Someone suggested to go into recovery and rebuild database.

I did that and now vita shell has disappeared from my SD2vita. It's there if I use the tf card plugin to mount internal storage as ux0 but not when I mount SD2vita as ux0.

I don't know how to get it back. There might be other apps missing also I can't remember but I'm sure they will reappear like vita shell if this issue is fixed.

Please help.

First, boot into your SD2Vita and check if you have VitaDeploy installed... if you do then you can simply reinstall VitaShell from the "App downloader" option there!

If you don't have VitaDeploy installed, then visit http://jailbreak.psp2.dev on your Vita then press the Unlock my Vita button there, a menu should come up:

Select the "Install VitaDeploy" option from there and press X to install it. After that, use the first option to exit out of this menu. You should have VitaDeploy installed now. Use the "App downloader" option in there to reinstall VitaShell!

Will this work even if I'm on 3.65 firmware. I heard the browser doesn't work on older firmware. I hacked this 6 years ago when the flow released enso and moduru.

Yeah, henlo should work from 3.65 to 3.74.

Thanks not needed when I selected SD2vita as main storage using tf card plugin and rebooted it rebuilt the database and vita shell reappeared. Thanks for your help anyway perhaps it will guide someone else with same issue.
