You can save ALL your game saves to the cloud. He can save ALL his game saves to the cloud. De-register both switches, swap, then re-register the Switches and then redownload ALL game saves to each they own new switch. And if i de-register my switch then all saves will be deleted. Just trying to save some savegames
You can also read and try this...https://en-americas-support.nintend...-save-data-to-a-nearby-nintendo-switch-systemNo you cant . Pokemon doesnt support it. For the rest i have to look. Thank you for you support
hacdiskmount is a tool that is quite outdated by today's standards. Its function is to mount your eMMC for you to dump, restore, or explore it but aside from restoration, the tool is very niche. Dumping the eMMC should only be done with Hekate and exploration is meant more for developers. Restoration is the only use you may ever find because although Hekate can also restore eMMC backups, if you do not have one, there is a way to utilize hacdiskmount in such a way to recover from a brick without an eMMC backup. However that is worst case scenario and as long as you have an eMMC backup, it should never come to that.
The chances of damaging pin 10 is very low especially if you immediately enable AutoRCM with Hekate once you are successful. As the name implies, AutoRCM removes the need for manually entering AutoRCM by "bricking" the console. In other words, the console will only boot into RCM until AutoRCM is removed. Do not fret though if you wish to boot OFW as Hekate can allow you to boot a semi-stock option that has not caused any bans thus far.
Trading is not an issue as long as you meet the other requirements such as being on the same firmware and game version. You can also update your firmware offline with homebrew applications like ChoiDujourNX or Daybreak.
I mean there's not much to explain. All you do is adhere to the normal rules when it comes to trading Pokemon which I assume requires both consoles to be on the same firmware using whatever methods are available to you. Hacking has no affect on local trading if that's what you assume.Thank you for the advice. Would you mind explaining a bit more about trading between two Switches while keeping the same firmware and game version? I'm not quite sure how do that.
Sounds like you may have a loose connection on the motherboard to your sd card slot, a loose connection on the wire harness, or a bad sd card slot. You can order a new sd card reader part and repair it yourself, or take it to a electronics shop that does repairs. Good luck! Here the replacement and a guide on how to fix:so my switch started to autoeject my sd.....i put out sd slot and reseated it...same......so it disconnects after few seconds after reseating. i have a modchip with fusee gelee it shows an indicator on the top right when i boot....it says if the sd is connected...and if press lightly my finger and hold on the foam of the sd slot it says connected but if i let my finger off it disconnects after few sec.....i dont know what to do
https://gbatemp.net/threads/emutool...r-sd-switch-emu-type-on-sxos-and-more.550756/I've got a unpatched switch using emunand on sx os which I haven't used in a while, I've got a new sd card on the way and I want to start using atmosphere.
I've already used the sdsetup website to ready all the stuff I need to use.
Whats the easiest way to start using Atmosphere, I don't mind starting over as I've backed up my saves manually.
Is it just a case of transferring the contents downloaded to this new SD card?
I have autorcm enabled currently will this cause an issue?
I know there is a homebrew app to re-map the buttons to different buttons, but I don't think there is a "Turbo" type homebrew yet. Would be cool though. Is there a homebrew app/tool that can auto click a certain button (like A?) i want to use the diggers duo in sword shield but clicking A non stop gets boring real quick hahaha
For starters, it is not a hardware issue if the console can boot normally. And if you can even boot other CFW, then its not an SD card issue. Lastly, since both Atmosphere and SX OS fail to launch your emuMMC partition, then all signs point to an issue originating from your emuMMC.
Now if you have a backup of your emuMMC, now is the time to restore it. If you do not have one, then it might be impossible to recover your emuMMC. The only other thing you can try which you haven't tried yet is trying to repair the emuMMC with Hekate. If you go to Migrate emuMMC which can be found under emuMMC, there should be an option to migrate/repair it. Once you do that, try booting Atmosphere and/or SX OS via emuMMC. If it still does not boot, then your emuMMC is no longer functional and has to be remade.
Not sure if will help, but try reading both these links:Just tried the repair funtion, but also blackscreen -.- .
After formating my sdcard yesterday, I created a new emuMMC with hekate because I had the mood to do "everything new" xD to make it work again ^^ did not even tried to migrate my old sxos emuMMC Im not really sure about how the whole emuMMC thingi works, but i have a backup of my nand (clean nand backup before installing sxos) not of my emunand. the situation that I probably have the same problem with sxos and now atm (with new created emuMMC) and even when trying to boot undocked (!) is making me so unsureif its a bigger Problem here (sd card reader maybe ?). Sorry noob here -.-
Would it be okay if I create a new threat for my Problem since it seems not easiest thing to solve ?
Not sure if will help, but try reading both these links:
And if you want to replace your sd card reader:
Try when boot into Hekate menu, goto "payloads" and select "fusee-primary"Thank you BigOnYa for answer and links, I am already at a point where I would start from scratch with new emunand and maybe use my saves from checkpoint if possible. Just want to use my switch again with CFW. Draxzelex said everything points to a broken emuMMC and so where my thoughts, but since I created a new one with Hekate im not so sure if this is the problem (also I tried another sd card without emmMMc just with hekate and atmosphere because its just 16Gb and had the same problem) and if restoring cleanSysnand will help anyway... And I dont know how to check if my SDcard reader has a Problems, creating partition and emuMMC was no error or problems. Just the Blackscreen thing. I dont want to replace the reader if I dont really know if its broken If one creates a new emuMMC with hekate and it does same problem like the old sxos one it should not be Problem with emuMMC or am I wrong with that ? Is there a point/ known issue of a broken sdreader with blackscreen starting CFW ?
Try when boot into Hekate menu, goto "payloads" and select "fusee-primary"
Thx tried but also blackscreen, I made a quick Vid with my phone If you want to take a look

Seems like it's an easy fix, and only $15 for part. Make sure you have/order a tri-point Y00 screwdriver also. Good luck!i hope its only a bad sd slot (would be the second time i replace because the first time i sent it to Mattytrog to get a RCM x86 modchip...and he repaired my mobo aswell because the connectors for the sd slot were dead)
