I've tried doing that but when i have those selected nothing happens when i press the start. I just get an empty folder without the CIASRemake the forwarders, and make sure "3DS SD Card" is selected, and that the forwarder templates updated.

Use TWiLight Menu++ then.I've tried doing that but when i have those selected nothing happens when i press the start. I just get an empty folder without the CIAS
Can you explain what exactly happens? It's not working- I did the bat file thing and all.
(I'm using Windows.)
I double click on the .bat file, it opens and then immediately closes. Can you explain what exactly happens?
Try reinstalling Java. If that doesn't fix it, then you need a certain version of Java for it to work, which idk what version that is.I double click on the .bat file, it opens and then immediately closes.
I try to run it as administrator. Same thing happens.
I double click on the .jar file. NOTHING happens.
I mean, I had to install Java last month, so it's definitely at the latest version.Try reinstalling Java. If that doesn't fix it, then you need a certain version of Java for it to work, which idk what version that is.
Is "Automatically set ROM path" enabled?I can't get this to work at all. Here are the steps I take:
1) Put roms in rom folder
2) Open Godmode, transfer roms to gm9:out
3) Open Forwarder, open roms from gm9:out in Forwarder, convert them to cias, rename them so their title doesn't have "fowarder" in it and is identical to the gm9 out and ds rom titles, aside from the fact it's a .cia and not .nds file of course
4) Put .cia files at root of sd card
5) Install cia files through FBI
Then my screen goes all white then half black/half white. Am I missing something? I have no idea what to do anymore :c
Is "Automatically set ROM path" enabled?
If so, what OS are you using on your PC?
Then use TWiLight Menu++ instead. No, even when "automatically set rom path" was enabled it didn't make a difference. And I'm on Windows 10, unless you mean the exact version of it.
He's saying the generated CIA isn't made from the DS game ROM, but is made from a .nds made by Forwarder-3DS, and that the actual game ROMs needs to be kept on the SD card.I want to have my games show up on the activity log though lol that's why I'm going to all this trouble. Do you have any idea what sthetix meant here by the way?
That's irrelevant. If "keep .nds files" is disabled, then it deletes the .nds made by program after creating the CIA.A .nds made by Forwarder-3DS? So that does that mean I check the box saying "keep .nds files" or is that irrelevant?
Try updating nds-bootstrap, and/or post what's in "sd:/_nds/nds-bootstrap.ini".It's hard for me to determine what step I'm messing up on. Do you think by any chance you can tell me where the mistake is and then I can correct it?
No, it doesn't.Oh does the name of the TID file matter by any chance?
Can you show what's in "nds-bootstrap.ini" then?I have the latest version though
Because you have known extensions turned off.Sure one sec
--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------
I don't see any file called "nds-bootstrap.ini". Is there a reason I don't see one with that extension?
