See if you can go back to that store and temporarily use one of their batteries. Draining your battery may have undervolted it beyond safe levels and prematurely killed it. The 3DS system will not work with a fully shot or dead battery, not even if a AC charger is plugged in.

After using a known functional & charged battery, your motherboard may have had its power filter, capacitors, and/or micro-fuses blown when that battery died. One of the adverse affect of unsteady power delivery is that it can damage the more sensitive SMD components. You would have to look into either buying a replacement motherboard or get someone to solder in replacement parts assuming nothing else hard bricked on that mobo.

Just one final question, when i downloaded luma, it says its a 7zip file, is it supposed to be a 7zip file? If it is, what app on windows 10 should i have been using?

And there's a nandmanager in the godmode zip in the scripts, should've i deleted it or keep it with the gm9megascript?

Yeah but it for some reason uninstalled the cfw completely and when i install it again, it keeps going into luma config not gm9 even though i am holding start during boot which is weird

No. Just no. It does not uninstall the hacks by itself. And the Luma settings are the proof.

If your SD looks like that everything should be working, GodMode9 should come up with Start and you can complete the finalizing. Do not skip the NAND backup step.

(Sorry for bothering everyone so much) But just one last thing (I promise) there is a private file in the root of my brother's 3ds that i am helping him uninstall cfw rn and i dont know if i should delete it or not because if i destroyed my brother's 3ds uninstalling cfw, he would kill me so, should i delete the "private" file? Thank you.
