I don't see how. She's more than old enough and she chose to do this of her own free will. It's what she does I guess.
And it's not like there's any actual sex or porn in the game.
The Switch seems like an odd choice for the platform, which is the only reason why anyone bats an eye. Had it been for any other system no one would care. But I guess it proves that Nintendo is actually thinking about the older gamers who grew up playing games and want something more mature (and in this case slightly lewd.) Otherwise they would never allow this.

I just watched some videos to see what it was about, and the Whole Game is in Japanese. Hardly any English. Vocal Dialogue is entirely Japanese. And it's in American Eshop? They couldn't even bother to translate it? How lazy are they. How are people suppose to understand this game.

And I don't see the appeal to this game. Videos are low resolution and i'm sure you can find photos of her for free on the internet. And the Eshop description is some of the most broken English i've ever seen. I don't know what I just read.
