Coming to Android phones

Soon you can play selected games with the Yuzu mark from Nintendo eshop.
You probably needs to be online and only one copy can be played at a time like the current situation with Switch what is not primary.

"Coming" - it was released some time ago and Android phones support sideloading, so they are not chained into Google play ecosystem.

Dunno what you are trying to convey with this post.

There are already forks of Yuzu out there, an Android phone is not powerful enough to emulate Switch games as opposed to PC.

Those were not Nintendo Yuzu, if Nintendo would still call it Yuzu. I am talking about a official Nintendo product that you can play your Nintendo eshop bought games. I have always think that yuzu going to Android is really rather reckless. Nintendo probably have big plans for Android, perhaps they already have an emulator which isn't as good as yuzu just yet. Now they can just take yuzu code if there are not stupid since they own yuzu now.

There is a lot Nintendo can do to make their Switch emulator run great on Android.

I guess this is a ... joke. Like "Nintendo shut down Yuzu, so they must be planning to release a Switch emulator themselves. It's the same situation as with AM2R"... or something along those lines.

Ah yes, Nintendo master plan is obviously to cripple the sales of their most popular hardware ever by porting their game on other devices. Brilliant idea my dude.
That is why Switch 2 won't see the light of the day just yet.

And also Yuzu (the non Nintendo one) can't be left alone spoiling the Android market.

If it is not obvious already PC and un-patched Switch are nothing of concern.

honestly the funniest thing about this thread is the idea that nintendo wouldn't make you rebuy their games if they released on android
That would be a small market. Getting those who had pirated totk to buy a legit copy from Nintendo eshop is the big price they should go after, online feature, DLC etc. etc. Android users are known to be big spending as a whole.
