I already updated and from what I have tested nothing seems to be broken on the cfw side of things

In that case. Who knows. CFW and luma removed any blocking of flash carts for the 3ds. Without it, there may be a chance it wont work. But I dont own one. So I aint sure for certain.

Is what I thought until I switched the WiFi. Then it restarted almost as quickly, with no visible changes so far.
