What does custom texture do BTW?Try my texscale build it has an auto FMV speedup builtin its not a general tickspeed hack as it specifically targets the video threads and speeds it up so the rest of the game stays stable. As for your question i remember valentincanelslande had something like that but idk.
On a side note heres what im working on

U can use replace the ingame textures to what ever you want. U can even change all to textures to memes if u want . But the main reason is so others can make their own better upscaled texture for the game. What does custom texture do BTW?
Hmm. Interesting. I'll wait and see if it works for Smash Bros and the Warrior series(Hyrule and Fire Emblem).U can use replace the ingame textures to what ever you want. How the texture dumping works it that every game textures that are currently on display will be dumped in .bmp or .png format (i still havent decided).Hmm. Interesting. I'll wait and see if it works for Smash Bros and the Warrior series(Hyrule and Fire Emblem).
Smash Bros 3DS have dt and ls files as game data and the texture format is either in .tex or .bch and the Warriors series use LINKDATA.bin and LINKDATA.idx as game data and the texture is in .dat, .gt1, .nfc, and .sdb. I wonder how it going to bypass the game daya though. But meh. I'm sure Dolphin Emulator did it before.
Lastly, does dumping texture actually dumps .png, .jpg, or .dds image files or the game's texture like .bch, .brres, .tex, .dat, etc?
I'm just curious because I want to grab the texture of Hyrule Warriors Legends on the 3DS now that some people got their hands on a special tool(which is private and not release to the public) that can export models and texture of that game. Same goes to FEWarriors.
I would go for png, if only for parity with other emulators. Would there be a significant performance impact from using compressed png as opposed to uncompressed bmp?How the texture dumping works it that every game textures that are currently on display will be dumped in .bmp or .png format (i still havent decided).
Hmm. PNG would be best. But sometimes, image on PNG might get corrupted. So I guess both or include .jpg as well. How the texture dumping works it that every game textures that are currently on display will be dumped in .bmp or .png format (i still havent decided).
Same. But in some games, you could like activate DLC by editing the parameter or edit the save file, mostly edit the param. Smash 3DS v1.1.7 update still have DLC characters and stages inside but unlock and to play as those is either swap another character or stage or magically add them without the activation tick(.cfa). Dunno about Monster Hunter or other game on how to activate the DLC file without the activation.i just want citra to run DLC...
Yea i didnt mess with the ticks so any part of the game thats not 3d polygon heavy should run smoothly.I would go for png, if only for parity with other emulators. Would there be a significant performance impact from using compressed png as opposed to uncompressed bmp?
Anyway, I'd appreciate a download link as soon as it's implemented even if it's unstable, there are some ugly textures in Samus Returns I'd love to try and upgrade.
P.S.: It seems your build only ran MHX slower in the hub, during actual gameplay it runs slightly better than the other builds.
Probably PNG tho since JPG is a lossy compression so while it'll have smaller file size it'll lose the small details and add noiseHmm. PNG would be best. But sometimes, image on PNG might get corrupted. So I guess both or include .jpg as well.

Now I may not have the exact answer on why some Indians don't have powerful PC. But from what I research, most Indians use Linux OS, some people who own Windows only have XP and 32 bit, and some part of the country is under poverty.
So yeah. It's pretty sad. I don't mean that India is poor or only sell poor PCs(almost all places sell those PCs), but I'm pointing out that they only have those computer for business and not gaming and stuff. I mean, the only way to buy a powerful PC is through online.
But asking for a 32-bit build would be impossible to do as most of the codes on the repo only supports 64-bit. The only closest 32-bit build would be the 2016 build(it won't have speed boosts and other amazing stuff for it). Now, it's possible to convert some 64-bit codes to 32-bit but you need alot of time to convert every single lines and test it.

Maybe. For Fates, you just need both save for Birthright and Conquest to play Revelations.i wonder if it works for the fire emblem games...

I remember that he updated new builds with more frequencyLast compilation by @sickc was 1/18 has not been updated yet.
Yes, when the citra's development was in full swing now with the Yuzu the development gave a brake,There's nothing very new to citra lately so the @sickc compilations have also declined.I remember that he updated new builds with more frequency
