Hacking Wii U usb helper not seeing games on Wii u

My Wii U USB helper uses the window copying instead of it own and when I use it on the Wii u the loader can't find the game. I use wup installer gx2 to install the game. What could I be doing wrong?

I have just met the same issue and I solve it by checking the "Legit" box

Check to see if your title has special characters in the name like "tm" and What not. Just rename the folder inside of sd:/install to something simple like "my game" and try again.

Take out any ! of anything else on the actual name file. For example Pokkén Tournament will not show up on GX loader you have to rename it to Pokken Tournament and it will work.
