This will help the ntrboot_flasher team figure out DS mode support.
In addition, if we get a whole bunch we can figure out what they mean by this cart specific key.

the person who tested if reading from the B9S cart flash worked allowed me to share their flash backup, for those who have bricked carts and want to try and restore to a state with working ntrboot. (@Yandere-chan) (if you do, could you take a backup first so we can see what the bricked flash looks like? ;))

That warning happens regardless of what you do, every time you boot the app.
Just only select r4iSDHC RTS lite --> Dump Flash
and you'll be fine. It only reads your cart.

Hi,

The reason was confirmed that the engineer did not consider that each B9S card has a different key, which led to fail after being flashed. We will release a new version to fix it tonight. but previously those cards which have run the flasher program will not be able to recover. We will send you a new one ASAP, and I want you to tell this information to other users of GBAtemp forum who have the same problem as you. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we will strictly test to ensure that similar problems do not occur again. Thanks in advance!

Recieved that from the team via Email.

My bricked backup.bin will be uploaded shortly.

I think we will just have to contact the reseller. I can't see there being an issue as in order to provide a review that's honest and accurate we need a working product.

Also, here is my bricked firmware from my r4i-B9S card:

Just random bytes. So I assume that flasher wrote garbage due to using the wrong key.

Would be interesting if you were to flash a good r4i-sdhc or even r4i-b9s backup.bin to see if it might work.
Not going to ask you to do that, of course. Just thinking out loud :P

I've actually flashed the good backup sted in the thread a bit further up and it seems to have restored the NTRBoot functionality. I'm just trying to remove CFW from my 3DS to confirm it
