maybe you use the unsupported TitleKey Site. if so, change the .com to .gq

I will not give any further Information about how to use the url correctly. It's Piracy, so its illegal

I thought that may have been the case, when we were trying to update it last night we changed the .com to .gq (since that was what the updated Freeshop 2DS had), but after the app restarted it was back to .com again. Do you have to save it at all after changing the URL or does it automatically save?

Also, one suggestion.
For your dark theme, would you make the freeShop logo at the beginning white instead of black?
I feel like it kind of gets lost between the grey background.

yes of course, the 3dsx is only for people who are afraid of banwaves and wanna keep the homebrew cias to a minimum

you have to put the theme files in the freeshop data folder. Selecting the dark theme from within the app will be added in the next update (probably, just reading a couple posts back).
