Sure, Flipnote was a popular app and so many people have downloaded Flipnote onto their DSi systems, but not all DSi's have Flipnote. I have a brown DSi XL that came with DSi Browser, Brain Training: Arts and Dictionary 6-in-1 preinstalled, but I could never access the DSi Shop and download Flipnote because my DSi was on 1.4E and I needed to update.
That is why DSi Browser could benefit more people.
The DSi Browser was built on Opera and it's old Presto engine, whereas other consoles browser's are mainly built on Webkit. It's not that no one has considered exploiting it, it's that all attempts to crash or find an exploit in it failed.

That's the only ting the can do, and negate access to sys transfer for ones on 1.4.5.
They can't do that, as the DSi is discontinued and they probably moved on anyway.

I don't want to hardmod my DSi or get another one with Flipnote. Guess I'll just have to wait for dsisoundhax.

This exploit is copyrighted by @shutterbug2000 and this post has been reported. Please remove it immediately or face further actions.
Unless shutterbug2000 has been down to the copyright office to copywrite this then it is not copyrighted. Just saying something is copywrited does not make it so and I very much doubt any copyright office anywhere in the world is going to legally grant copyright status to homebrew.

Look, I'm sorry, but just because you want an exploit doesn't mean one can be made out of thin air. Presto is a very secure rendering engine unlike Webkit, which makes exploits substantially harder.

Actually, this is a common misconception. https://choosealicense.com/no-license/

Wrong, under the "Berne convention" everything sufficiently creative* is copyrighted by default

* for example the Microsoft logo, literally four squares, is not copyrighted

That... isn't how copyright works.

The Microsoft logo is however trademarked, but that's a separate thing entirely haha

If your DSi is on 1.4 then you don't need Ugopwn
