[Bounty] Equalizer overlay for Nintendo Switch

I would like to put $100 towards developing an equalizer overlay. As much as I use my bluetooth speaker and headphones that both have an equalizer app for Android, most of the time I use console's speakers. Listening to music while playing games is nice, but without equlizer it's just not the same. I need especially more treble. Anyone else would like to add some more $? I think that this shouldn't be a lot of work, but I might be wrong.

Someone opened my eyes in a dm writing how much work it would be so that $100 was nothing. I had no idea, so I'm adding much more now. I really hope that someone will do it.

Most modern Realtek ALC audiochips have some built in features to perform equalizing the audio stream automatically.
So all you would have to do is to set up those registers.
