Homebrew is there anywhere i can download secret_sector.bin without torrent?

i am trying to do A9LH>B9 guide. at the start i need to download secret_sector.bin for the first step since i have n3DS. I dont have a torrent client installed and i refuse to have one for many personal reasons. is there any other place that hosts this file?

There is nowhere thats got this your going to find from here. Its a copyright file which is why it was set up like that from the guide.

You'd probably have to either dump it or ask someone for it, but you could just download a torrent client and delete it after...

You could always use a portable torrent client and then delete it when you're done. There are even browser extensions for torrents now.

First, if you can, I'd recommend a normal BitTorrent client. If you're using something like Chrome OS and can't do that, I hear good things about jstorrent. If you know what you're doing, the dev version can be downloaded for free.

There's really no reason to not have Bittorrent, utorrent or some other torrent client. They're able to download torrents as well as speed up the downloads for other people by having your computer seed the torrents. And if you don't want to do that you can always choose to stop seeding. And plus, there's a little lifehack for hosting games online like Minecraft or TF2 using it so that you don't have to port forward.

Well, for anyone that uses uTorrent, use an older 2.x build as the newer 3.x builds have ads and are blacklisted on some sites that use their own trackers.

What ludicrous personal reasons are preventing you from installing a torrent client? I swear if you say "cuz dey cauz viruz" my foot is coming through the internet.
