If they're going to make an effort to patch our exploits with an update, they can at least add new content.
I have to disagree. Imo, nothing points to Nintendo discontinuing their handhelds to focus solely on their hybrid - the opposite in fact; since the release of the Gameboy, Nintendo have always managed to maintain both a home console and a handheld. Their handhelds have always dominated the competition, while their home consoles haven't always been so lucky. It's not a matter of whether it's going to happen or not, it's a matter of WHEN. Everything points to "in a few years", up to this day. We'll see.
no, but you could complain about it.Yes, because I can stop a community.
Is this the same Nintendo that pledged to continue to support the wii u after the switch was released and then immediately discontinued it after it was
I have to disagree. The FE:Fates limited edition N3DS XL is black and white. In this day and age nothing is black and white ha!

Nintendo thinks of the now, as soon as they release the 3ds successor the 3ds will be immediately forgot about. The same way the ds was as soon as the 3ds was releasedVery true but look at the wii u vs 3ds. 3ds is the king. Wii u not so much but who knows. In this day and age nothing is black and white ha!
I thought Pokemon move on to switch now...
Technically, they are still supporting the Wii U. There are still games being released for it (granted, they're mainly digital only indies) and all the game servers are still up.Is this the same Nintendo that pledged to continue to support the wii u after the switch was released and then immediately discontinued it after it was
The two models of Wii U are black or white. In this day and age nothing is black and white ha!
The core Pokemon games have always been exclusive to handhelds in the past. No other Nintendo home console that has existed parallel to the handhelds has had a core Pokemon title, why should the Switch be different just because it can be portable?I thought Pokemon move on to switch now...
The DS wasn't forgotten about as soon as the 3ds was released. During the 3ds' first year there were just as many (possibly more) DS games released as 3ds games.Nintendo thinks of the now, as soon as they release the 3ds successor the 3ds will be immediately forgot about. cuz there will be a new hard core rpg pokemon title release in 2018 on switch.Technically, they are still supporting the Wii U. There are still games being released for it (granted, they're mainly digital only indies) and all the game servers are still up.

Nintendo aren't quite up there with Sony, in terms of support longevity, but they're a damn sight better than Microsoft.
So you're never gonna update? Groovy.I promise to stop updating my 3ds until something of actual use is made in a update sometime this decade.
