You can use NTR Debugger to change individual RAM value and don't need any cheat plugin, just use command: write (address, (value), (pid value)).
Remember that address of NTR is ARCode + 14000000
here's a formula for arcodes that are out of ntr memory region, no guarantee this will work on all games, but at least it will give an idea on which region the codes can be found in
Code:arcode 0x16CBE7D4 ntr valid memregions: 08000000 - 09269fff , size: 0126a000 14000000 - 169bffff , size: 029c0000// round 169C0000 to the next 16x00000 value = 16A00000 end of memlayout. 0x16CBE7D4 - 16A00000 = 0x002BE7D4 + 08000000 = 082BE7D4 (with in 08000000 - 09269fff range), if out of ( 08000000 - 09269fff) range then search the code in 00100000 region
So in order to make the cheats, I have to replace the NTR.bin with a debug version of NTR.bin? If you're talking about the AR3DS section on fort42, then it'll be tricky to convert those codes.
Hmm, I think that last year when I started all this I read a post by @dsrules which was explaining how to... Just have to find it...
But there's no guarantee it'll work and you can only try your results.

Found it, it's in this thread (might worth to read it).
I can't quote the messages so I'll just paste it here:
The original posts are here and here if you want to read or leave a like.
Now, good luck !
Sorry.That's not what I said...
Start to convert your addresses then try them out, if it works create a Gateshark code and use Gateshark2NTR to create a plugin.
I'm assuming NTRSharp is the one I'm supposed to use?Search the one by @imthe666st, it'll be easier to use.
