Homebrew Titles disappeared, and no more CIA working...

Hello, I have a really big problem...

I'm on Luma3ds, with a New 3DS on 11.3, and I tried to use ctr-httpwn to play online... after a try, still error messages, so too bad, I go back to ctr-httpwn because maybe I missed an error message or something :/
After that, I go in my Homebrew Launcher... and it crashed... Well, ok...
Try again... it crashed in a simple black screen...

Then I reboot... and no more downloaded theme, and then... a lot of titles just disapeared of Home...
So I tried to install it again : delete from settings, then FBI, on H&S, because FBI disappeared too, so I install, but nope... home menu don't receive any new title...

I feel really lost, I don't know what to do anymore...
Just in case, I did a dump of my Nand...

Help please :/

Sounds to me like something happened to the tickets. Use a program like tikShop to restore them and then use tikSweep to remove the others. If that doesn't work, restore a NAND Backup.

If you are on the latest hourly version of luma you don't have to use httpwn to play online on 11.3.You still need it for the eshop though.

So, With a friend, we checked some things, and I found that the only applications working are the one not on the SD Card, so I just delete Nintendo 3DS folder and wait for the 3DS to recreate one, and now everything is working fine, but I have to download all my games now... :/
I think tikshop can do a good job, but I think I'll just do a fresh install of everything, and update to 11.4 to play online, But I want to check if I msut stay on Luma Normal or the last hourly version...

For now, I reinstall all my cia files, do un backup of my nand, then I'll see ^^
