On the elephant shrine second floor I have done the terminal that you get by stopping the wheel with ice but what do you do with the big wheel that has a ball on a stick and two stone blocks with a smaller block between them??

Did you get the map? Move the elephants trunk to get water to move that wheel...

After being stuck on one of the puzzles i finale cleared the elephant and beat the water boss. Time to complete total, 2 hours and 15 mins. Damm i hope the other 3's puzzle are not as hard.

Lol. I spent most of my time in the elephant trying to solve this part. I had no idea you could move the elephant's trunk.

Which guardian location should I go to first after completing the Hateno quest? I tried the one closest to Kakariko but I'm apparently nowhere near ready for that, even after obtaining 32 strength weaponry and upgrading my armor through the great fairy.

Also, I'm so glad they included the Cuckoo barrage. That makes me happy, even if it only lasts about five seconds.

The one slightly north of kakariko has the easiest enemies out of the 4. One to the far west isn't much harder.
You don't HAVE to do the main story right away if you don't feel ready, prepare and explore as much as you want!

Ah, well alright. I did feel like I should complete more shrines in order to up my heart count and stamina. I just wish there was an easier way to get decent weapons and armor. I just completed the shrine outside of Gerudo Town, which gave me a really nice sword, but it honestly feels like it's gonna go to waste since it seems that there's no way to temper weapons, or is there?

For armor go to the Kakariko or Hateno armor store and buy something then upgrade it with the great fairy for better defense. The sheika armor and Soldier armor are very nice. If you don't know what the great fairy is you need to talk to more people in Kakariko village, the quest for the great fairy will have a red ! on the NPC.

Weapons you don't really bother farming because every area you go to will have weapon drops that are appropriate for the health of the enemies you're fighting. And you always get like 3 new weapons for every 1 that breaks. I usually keep my 2 or 3 best weapons for bosses.

I've spoken to the great fairy, so I do know about her. I'm currently using the Hylian armor set upgraded once, though. What's a better way to make money other than selling ore? I feel that that will be important at some point so I'm holding on to what I can (besides amber since that's so common).

Look what I found. It glows in the dark and has two heads. I never saw anything like this online. Gonna take it to a stable and register it asap.

According to the stable its called Lord of the Mountain and they refuse to register it because they said they would be cursed if they did. Oh well I still got Epona.

Is the any consensus yet whether this plays better on the Wii U or Switch. I know the game looks a little better on the Switch, but which one has better frame rate? I know on the Wii U there are some issues.

They both look and play the same. There's no difference between the two as far as I can tell. Also, I haven't even experienced the first bit of frame drop on the Wii U, but that might be because of the TV I have.

I met the first few frame drops on WiiU on Death Mountain, when there too many fire effects, it slows down a bit.

speaking of fire ... i was shocked to know you can create a small bonfire by dropping wood, dropping flint next to it, then HITTING the flint LOL

I did the zora tribe area first..after 20+ hours of exploring. But it's prize changes the game completely...although you can turn it off from the key item folder.

Which two handed weapon is better, a 60 attack one or a 54 attack with Attack Up + 12 (does that make it 66 Attack?)

Nice. I would save the +12 for the bosses or a test of stregth shrine. The plus 12 means the attack power of the rest of your equipment gets a boast of 12 too while it is equiped. So you bows would and possibly your bombs too get a boast of 12.

It's one fairy every 20 mins, it doesn't "change the game completely"

It has a recharge? It doesn't say so in it's description...

I quiet playing last night after the elephant beast. After nearly 12 hours of nonstop play I needed a break or should of say my eyes needed one. (breaking in a change of contact lenses)
