Hacking My N3DS won't get in to menu (rxtools)

Hi i'm a new user here...my n3ds asked for an update and i updated it..after restarting,the n3ds booted to menuhax normally but cannot get to the 3ds menu screen...i know i should read the faq from the internet but i forgot...any solutions? (Sorry for the improper english,my english skills are not good)

rxTools broke with the latest update (and is just outdated), you need an up to date cfw + hack. Install a9lh + luma using 3ds.guide

Does the 3DS boot to sysnand and not emunand?

your Emunand updated to 11.3, which blocks loading external NFirms, this breaks how rxTools Works, to continue Migrate to Luma. A9LH helps against an accidental Sysnand update. but if your on 9.2 sysnand, you can use menuhax to load Luma. (but its highly advised you go thru w/ installing A9LH. )

iirc you need to go to the browser on the 3ds and enter this url. then press "go"

is the browser located in the 3ds menu? (the thing that contains 3ds camera ar card game etc) my 3ds automatically boots to homebrew..

Then boot the 3DS without the SD/Micro SD card in the 3DS that way you can continue with installing Luma and A9LH.

Yes this. Its in the topmost row next to camera/notes/miiverse
