You should have used ctrnandtransfer. Safesysupdater is very very old. Always follow 3ds.guide. Try to boot recovery mode.

I downgraded it and when I came back I saw that error with nintendo support.
Haha brother you digged out an old thread. In the past, you HAD to downgrade in order to get ARM9 Execution.People just need to not downgrade to avoid this issue. /: But I understand those who came into the hacking game a little to late and might already have a version of software that doesnt work with the hacks. I never upgrade anyways, hacks or not. Older software are better.
