Homebrew [Help]DSi Ware and DS Cart Instantly Reboots 3DS!

As the title says my N3DSXL reboots instantly when ever i try to launch eshop downloaded DSiWare and DS Cart. Having A9LH and Luma3DS as Sysnand. I tried installing twl cia and also restored stock twl still the same.Please help.

Did you install A9LH+Luma on a clean system or did you use another CFW before?

Is your Luma CFW up to date? (6.6)

What is your current FW version? What's the FW Region?

Did you double checked to install the right TWLFIRM cia for your model/region/fw version?

Yes it was a Clean Install.

Yes it is 6.6

My Current Fw is 11.2.0-35U

Yes i double checked. It was working before. Recently only it stopped Working.

this is usally a sign you've at one point installed a Patched TWLFirm, if this is the case, Jusr reinstall a normal copy of the CIA from nintendy's servers or a backup (luma does this as it will not use prepatched frims to ensure thers no conflicts w/ patches its allready trying to use.)
