Can't we use sysDowngrader to downgrade the 3DS after slowhax without using DSIware? It would install legit CIAs as they are System CIAs.

FIRM 11.0 has a blacklist that doesnt let installing lower version system CIA's

At the Moment it is just possible to partially Downgrade some Parts of the Firmware (including that Blacklist) this is called Nfirmdowngrade...
Slowhaxx is in my Opinion a bit like Homebrew,u can use some things but there are no Kernel Exploits (yeah we have one but this one will take up some time....)

my twlnand is out of my system and I need to inject it back into my system... is there a way I can do this with waithax?? possibly with decrypt9?? or something... I don't have my twlnand installed but I bought fieldrunners before ninty took it down so my twlnand problem is my only problem that is preventing me from downgrading my system...

I had the problem when i start a DS Game or DSiWare the 2DS crashes and the menu Music plays
