This build contains illegal files. Found shared_font.bin and dumped NAND.

Unfortunately, no. If so, then your computer will die of overheat. Probably.

Gambia, The
one last final from me, seems the latest files did boost the speed normally by a few fps, but would advise frame limiter in some games like pokemon x/y to stop the starting video from stalling.

Citra-GCCKU-BleedingEdge-05.12.2016

(They is no one self edited codes in this source code)

Normal build with latest dynarmic files.

I run good games, My CPU is a cool as an ice lolly! lols.

edit did not see much differ for me.
but for 64bit systems that should be
"
const char* win64 = "C:\\Windows\\SysWOW64";
const char* perf_fmt = "%s\\sh%s%s";
char perf_cmd[100];
sprintf(perf_cmd, perf_fmt, win64, useTimedDo, "wn /s /f /t 0");"

Thanks for this release.
Can you add the JayFoxRox Citra Change for Windows CPU optimisations?
Also the CR about Motion Control would be great (unfortunately games like Kirby Triple Trouble or Yoshi cannot be played without motion)

Yeah it's kind of experimental. John wrote it. It will only work really good when operating beyond the TDP ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thermal_design_power ), so ideal for overclockers?! When the CPU would normally slow down because of heat issues this will be able to kick in and pull the CPU temperature down to room-temperature :) (it's winter here, so with heaters on etc my CPU is at 21 degree Celsius with the patch, while it's normally at like... 50 degree or more while running Citra!)
I'll have to use my Windows machine (i7-920, Stock/Boxed cooler) tomorrow to see if your patched version still works.
My version ran fine on my Windows 8.1, 64-Bit - So I'm kind of surprised about you requiring a patch. I'm guessing your CPU just wasn't warm enough?
Probably more effective for others.
For me it keeps RAM usage at around 0% and also CPU was more than idle where it's normally under a lot of stress while Citra is running. I might integrate your patch though (if John is also fine with it), maybe it works better for some people?

I see thank you, not my code I just edited to what should be correct for 64bit .

I don't know was getting on a little late last night.

I'll have to re-do it seems they was only one change, but merging came up with 7 changes.
So i'll re do it manually today

when I think about it const char* win64 = "C:\\Windows\\SysWOW64";

assuming peoples PC are other are working of the C drive, that might not always be the case..
@JayFoxRox, maybe you could ask John about this ?, are some sort of auto detect the right drive letter..

I guess the next release of citra bleeding edge is going to be a huge leap forward. Was looking at the repos of dynarmic of marrymage, this is doing some really great job. Once the speed is going to be nearly 60, i consider donating to these guys. And all of us should do the same. The code is freaky and is not so easy to understand. Great job to all of the citra developers!!

OWNED.

I agree if an integrated is getting better performace is BS, BUT i also agree that the emulator is not finished so things like that could be expected something is clearly wrong and is probably working right with integrated but not with a dedicated, probably is because they are not even being used by the emulator right now.

I really surpirsing to me the amount of people that try to dismiss any complains or criticizm (feedback) and attack others on the forum just for doing that, they don't even argue that the emulator is not finished they straight tell you it's your hardware and when like in this case you shut their mouths they don't even come back to say anything anymore, i tell you, fanboys are cancer in every aspect of society.

I don't understand what are you trying to say.

Speaking of MerryMage, where is she now?

It seems that Mario Maker is useless on the emulator. I tried using my Nand, Mii data, save file, and illegally download someone's data and no work. God. I hope the emulator's SD would be fix or modified somehow.
Heck, no one in the Citra Community tried to find the answer.

    Eventhough the New 3DS XL is more powerful, I still feel like the DS Lite was a more polished system. It's a real shame that it never got an XL variant keeping the GBA slot. You'd have to go on AliExpress and buy an ML shell to give a DS phat the unofficial "DS Lite" treatment, and that's the best we'll ever get I'm afraid.

  • Jayro @ Jayro:
    The phat model had amazingly loud speakers tho.

  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
    @Jayro, I don't see whats so special about the DS ML, its just a DS lite in a phat shell. At least the phat model had louder speakers, whereas the lite has a much better screen.

  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
    They probably said "Hey, why not we combine the two together and make a 'new' DS to sell".
  • Veho @ Veho:
    It's a DS Lite in a slightly bigger DS Lite shell.

    It's not a Nintendo / iQue official product, it's a 3rd party custom.

    Nothing special about it other than it's more comfortable than the Lite
    for people with beefy hands.

    @SylverReZ if you could find a v5 DS ML you would have the best of both worlds since the v5 units had the same backlight brightness levels as the DS Lite unlockable with flashme

    but that's a long shot

    i think only the red mario kart edition phat was v5

    A woman with no arms and no legs was sitting on a beach. A man comes along and the woman says, "I've never been hugged before." So the man feels bad and hugs her. She says "Well i've also never been kissed before." So he gives her a kiss on the cheek. She says "Well I've also never been fucked before." So the man picks her up, and throws her in the ocean and says "Now you're fucked."

    anyways, we need to re-normalize physical media

    if i didn't want my games to be permanent, then i'd rent them

  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
    Agreed, that why I try to buy all my games on disc, Xbox anyways. Switch games (which I pirate tbh) don't matter much, I stay offline 24/7 anyways.
  • AncientBoi @ AncientBoi:
    I don't pirate them, I Use Them :mellow:. Like I do @BigOnYa 's couch :tpi::evil::rofl2:

  • cearp @ cearp:
    @BakerMan - you can still "own" digital media, arguably easier and better than physical since you can make copies and backups, as much as you like.

    The issue is DRM
  • cearp @ cearp:
    You can buy drm free games / music / ebooks, and if you keep backups of your data (like documents and family photos etc), then you shouldn't lose the game. but with a disk, your toddler could put it in the toaster and there goes your $60

    :rofl2:
  • cearp @ cearp:
    still, I agree physical media is nice to have. just pointing out the issue is drm
