Hacking So are pretty much all N3DS's except 11.0 downgradable?

I have an O3DSXL which I wouldn't mind upgrading to a N3DS. Last I heard if you weren't on 9.2 on N3DS you were out of luck. But I'm hearing rumors that anything below 11.0 can actually be downgraded to a hackable FW. Can I use my O3DSXL to downgrade a N3DS? I want to grab one for Black Friday if thats the case.

What setup do you have? You can do the dsiware downgrade if you have a 3ds running Luma3ds/Corbenik + a9lh and is willing to buy a $8 game off the eshop. If you don't have Luma3ds then setup with this guide https://plailect.github.io/Guide/

Not the op but if I do this it will downgrage the nfirm to the 10.7 one and then I'll be able to downgrade to 9.2. I'm a little confused by the process

If your firmware is 10.7 or below, you can downgrade it without using another 3ds. If it's above 11.0, you'll need a already hacked 3ds to hack it.

What version is your o3ds on? and is it already hacked?

black friday n3ds will be either 11.0 or 11.1, confirmed on the 3DS Hacking discord. buy legends of exidia on it as soon as you buy it and wait for slowhax on dec. 27th with 33c3.
remember to use plailects guide and nothing else if doing this

general info on 11.0+ nfirm downgrading:
if it's 11.0 - 11.1, wait for slowhax on dec. 27th, buy legend of exidia on the 11.0 - 11.1 3ds in the meantime cause its gonna get pulled.
11.2, you'll need a compatible second hacked 3DS and buy legends of exidia on that or a hardmod (this can also be done on 11.0 - 11.1 but strongly recommend waiting for slowhax if on those firms)
