Hacking Steel Diver and a NNID banned 3DS for DSiwarehax

Hi! I'm doing a dsiware downgrade from a source 3DS that can't create new NNID but it can access and buy stuff from the eShop (like LoE) now, I need Steel Diver to make an entrypoint in the target 3DS but without an NNID I can't download it... I could use another Entrypoint if Steel Diver can't be used. But there is a workaround from this? thanks!

Idk if you can use the eshop in the target 3ds but if u legit purchased it from the eshop then you can download it on the target if you link the same nnid

Cause bans are to the console, not the nnid

Yeah! the problem is with Steel Diver, I can't download it using my N3DS (because I can't create a new NNID) So I can't make Steel Diver an entry point for the Target 3DS.

AFAIK if Steel Divers is not "downloaded from eShop" it don't survive the system transfer.

I belive you can call big N and they can link the id to the target within 24hrs, excluding weekends

Question tho about this source 3ds. The main problem is that you simply can't download it from the eshop?

How about a pokemon ORAS legit cia? Wonder if anyone else has tried that.
(you would use an 11.1 oras payload i presume because that was the last home menu update)

Thanks for the suggestions guys! I will use Smashbroshax tomorrow to finish the A9LH+Luma setup, I did try installing Steel Diver from freeshop, delete it and reinstall using the eShop (dumb idea, i know) and it did't transfer to the target system. So I'll use Smash
