At least you fucked up very early in the guide. If you would have done something like this while writing to your NAND you could have bricked it. Get a hardmod (please let it do someone else if you already had problems there) or start a new savefile on your new 11.0 fw and wait till the next big exploit in 87.47-33 gets released

If you want to backup your savedata for later restore, backup your emuNand/redNand using a software on PC (like emunandTool), along with all the files on SD card.

With that said, as other's here mentioned you need to DSiWare Downgrade using another hacked 3DS and 5 dollars eShop credit or get a hardmod done to your console.

I know it was my fault and I'm trying to do everything I can to resolve this... and I know you guys aren't giving me what seems like to be my only option to restore my nand... and I'm trying to figure this out as much as I can... I had this tool back in 2015 before I had updated to windows 10 and it restored my emunand/nand when my 3ds got softbricked... I'm just trying to find the tool again to see if my memory actually serves right..

Even if it worked back then. Now we have 11.0 which has no exploit to give full kernelaccess yet so your tool to get it work again couldn't even work. Just stick with it and get a hardmod. There is no "figuring out of something" if you aren't one of the people reverse engineering these security holes
