Edit: Solved. Had to make sure I didn't move the sticks at all until I feel them both vibrate. If they're moved when Hekate is booting it messes it up because of Hekates built in calibration.

Scenerio is using the Homebrew Menu in cfw to reboot to Hekate, in order to boot into Sysnand/OFW. I have tried both replacing reboot_payload.bin in the Atmosphere folder with hekate_ctcaer_6.0.7.bin and also using Payload_Launcher.nro to launch Hekate.

In both instances Hekate is launched, however, my left Joy-Con goes wonky and does not contol the curser correctly. It is VERY slow and if I let go of the thumbstick the cursor in Hekate automatically moves to the left of the screen. If I take off the left Joy-Con and reconnect it, it goes back to operating perfectly fine.

Does anyone know what is causing this, and is there any way to prevent the left Joy-Con from freaking out when reloading Hekate?
