I have an IPatched V1 that I just modded with a RP2040 based HWFly clone (labeled RP2040-NS: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005005834546602.html). It came without fimrware so I flashed the Picofly firmware (fw_2.67.uf2) onto it. It works - but only if the left joy-con is not connected. If it is connected, instead of going blue to green, the LED's on the module go blue to [whiteish reddish] and then the switch boots into OFW.
What could be the problem and how can I resolve it?
